Tee-shirt Expression Jam Session

Join us at our T-shirt Expression Jam Session on November 1, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at Atlantic Art Glass Studio: 25 Pine St, in Ellsworth. Stay for music at Fogtown starting at 6.

The event is offered in a do-it-yourself spirit, but with some assistance and supplies. Bring your ideas and your own patch or clothing to print or select from donations. Volunteer artists will be on hand to assist you in designing and printing your views on a given topic, for example: human rights, democracy, due process, and voting rights. Art supplies, including stencils, brushes, roller, and inks will be available, along with donated tee-shirts, clothing, and patches in various sizes.

Sponsors include: Artsworth and Fogtown Brewing. Artist volunteers and print ninjas are welcome to join! To donate a blank T-shirt or sweatshirt for the event, bring it to Fogtown or Atlantic Art Glass Studio during open hours. 

The organizers of this all-ages event are interested in giving voice to younger citizens and fostering an ongoing intergenerational community through arts events that connect with the needs of the moment. Join community members as we brainstorm, socialize, and have fun visualizing and expressing our views at a time when our voices matter more than ever.
